PostHog KPI dashboards

PostHog Cloud is hosted in the EU. Use posthog-cli --host https://eu.posthog.com ... for every CLI command. Authentication is local to
the operator and must never be committed.

Activation KPI

• Required operator actions: create/save the HogQL headline insight described
  in posthog-activation-kpi.md, replace the existing headline tile with it,
  and add that document’s required release-boundary annotation. This document
  specifies the target state; it does not assert those external PostHog changes
  have already been made.

• Headline target: saved HogQL thread-completion insight (prompt.submitted →
  generation.started → audio.delivery_started), grouped and deduplicated
  by event property thread_id, not unique person. See

• Headline configuration: strict order within one thread_id, 7-day conversion
  window, last 30 days, and total completion from the first step. Use saved
  HogQL when native property aggregation cannot faithfully deduplicate threads;
  do not assume native funnel property support has this behavior.
• Secondary-person-funnel configuration: strict order, unique persons, 7-day
  conversion window, last 30 days, and total conversion from the first step.
• Exclusions: person email does not contain @brioso.test or
  @usebrioso.com, and is neither usebrioso@gmail.com nor
  carloshpiedra@gmail.com.
• Data note: headline thread-completion data is reliable only from the
  2026-08-14 thread-level delivery release. The anonymous path is reliable from
  BRI-276; strict-order prompt submission person funnels are reliable after the
  dual-path release, which emits prompt.submitted before dispatch. Browser
  download is retired from the headline and must not be combined with
  audio.delivery_started.

Known gaps

The current event schema does not include a checkout-start event, subscription
state, or transaction amount/currency. Do not infer checkout conversion,
revenue, MRR, or retention revenue from these dashboards. Add those contracts
in separately planned instrumentation work before adding such tiles.
